Review Policy

Reviews on 360Gigs come only from people who actually did business together. Here is exactly how they work.

Who can review

Only the client and the freelancer on an order can review each other, and only after the order is completed and paid. Each person can leave one review per order, within 14 days of completion. Published reviews are marked Verified order.

Both sides review blind

A review stays hidden until both people have reviewed, or until the 14 days are over, whichever comes first. Then both are published at the same time, so neither side can react to the other. Until then you can edit or withdraw your own review. After publication it cannot be changed.

Ratings and replies

Ratings are 1 to 5 stars. Comments need 10 to 2,000 characters and are required for 1 and 2 star ratings. A person's average counts only published reviews, and shows as "New" until they have three. The person reviewed may post one public reply.

What is not allowed

  • Offering or accepting payment, discounts or favours in exchange for a particular rating.
  • Review swaps, threats, or pressure to leave a good (or remove a bad) review.
  • Reviewing yourself or an account you control.
  • Fake, purchased or AI-generated reviews.

Accounts that break these rules can be suspended.

Reporting and removal

Anyone signed in can report a published review as fake, off topic, abusive, containing personal data, or a conflict of interest. We remove reviews that break these rules, and we apply the same criteria whether a review is positive or negative. A low rating on its own is never a reason for removal.
